This is way too much money for so few pages and such little additional info to Trudeau’s book. Dr. Simeon’s protocol and manuscript is available online for free so no need to pay for it here. You do need a professional’s assistance to do this correctly and to get the expected results.

I received this item in a very timely manner it shipped, as was promised almost immediately. The book was purchased used/good condition and it was or appeared to be brand new, also it has been an asset to the HCG Weight Loss Diet that I am on.

This book seems a bit out of order and difficult to read. Though there aren’t a lot of books out there on this subject, this one makes you think maybe you shouldn’t be doing this “diet”. It just isn’t clear enough and seems a bit vague as to how and when you are to administer the HCG. I feel this is in the preliminary phase and have reconsidered trying to follow this diet even though there have been great results by friends and family. It’s best to do this with a buddy or group of people and I’d certainly talk to my dr. first!

Other than the original doctor’s notes, this book contains personal opinions and suggestions, but not much research. Maybe at some point there will be recent and un-biased information from actual testing. I did lose weight but did not follow their personal opinions which are not research based. So they did what they could with their own experience.
